Ingredients
Flour (Wheat Flour Bleached, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Macadamia Nuts, Cultured Buttermilk Solids, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Nonfat Dry Milk, Natural and Artificial Flavors.- Heat griddle to 375 degrees F, or waffle iron manufacturer's directions: Grease lightly. Blend pancake mix, water, egg and oil using a wire whisk. For Pancakes: Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Turn when pancakes begin to rise and bubbles appear on top of pancakes. Turn only once. For Waffles: Follow manufacturer's direction for regular or Belgian wafflemaker. To make 8-10 pancakes or 3 - 8 inch waffles mix 1-1/4 cup mix, 2/3 cup water, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil. To make 16-20 pancakes or 6 - 8 inch waffles mix 2-1/2 cup mix, 1-1/3 cup water, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil.
