Ingredients
100% Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Vital Wheat Gluten, Cocoa (Processed with Alkali), Semisweet Chocolate (Sugar, Unsweetened Chocolate, Cocoa Butter, Dextrose, Sunflower and/or Soy Lecithin), 100% Whole Grain Oat Flour, Natural Flavor, Leavening (Cream of Tartar, Baking Soda), Sea Salt.Allergens and safety warnings
Contains soy and wheat. Due to processing on shared equipment, may contain trace amounts of egg, milk, and tree nuts.- Muffin Instructions: You'll Need: 1 bag Kodiak mix; 2 eggs (or egg substitute); 1 cup milk; 1/3 cup oil (or melted butter). Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and hand stir until blended. Divide batter in a lined or greased muffin pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Makes 12-14 muffins. For high-altitude baking (+3,000ft), increase oven temperature by 25 degrees F. For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry place.
