    Ingredients

    Corn Starch, Vitamins and Minerals (Calcium Phosphate, Nicotinamide, Ferric Phosphate, Riboflavin, Thiamin and Vitamin Palmitate), Iodized Salt, Artificial Color [Erythrosine (FD&C Red 3) and Sulphur Dioxide.

  • Dissolve content of this package in one cup (240 ml/8 fl oz) of milk or water. Add this mixture to one liter (1.1 qts.) of boiling milk; keep boiling for 2 minute while stirring. Add sugar to taste. Suggestion: Add 3 to 6 tablespoons (33 to 66 g) and enjoy it. Atole Shake: Follow Atole preparation instructions, place in the refrigerator until cold and stir in a blender.
