It also comes with 2 adjustable pods for extra relief for bunions or corns
Made of high quality pine wood stained to a premium finish (will not work for high heels)

- 1. Insert the stretcher into shoe and slowly turn handle until the stretcher expands to fit cozily inside the shoe. Handle may be turned up to two additional turns to stretch. Keep stretcher in shoe for several hours. 2. To target specific problem areas inside the shoe, adjust pressure-relief pods to the place on the stretcher that corresponds to the painful area of your shoe.
