Produced on equipment that also processes eggs, soy, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, and coconut.- Our Recipe for Malted Milk Chocolate Cupcakes: You'll Need: Cupcakes: 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, melted; 1 large egg; 1/4 cup milk. Frosting: 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) butter, softened; 2 teaspoons milk. Bakes 6 cupcakes. This box contains cupcake mix and frosting mix for 6 cupcakes. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line cupcake pan with six paper liners. 2. Blend cupcake mix and melted butter together until evenly crumbly. Stir in egg until combined; scrape bowl as needed. 3. Add half of the milk, mix until combined, scrape bowl and add remaining milk, mixing until batter is smooth. 4. Scoop about 1/4 cupful of batter into cupcake papers, filling each cup about 3/4 full. 5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until centers feel firm, and spring back when lightly touched. 6. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting. 7. Mix softened butter and frosting mix until combined. Add 2 teaspoons milk and mix until frosting is blended and fluffy. If frosting appears too stiff, add 1 additional teaspoon milk. Frost cupcakes and enjoy! For 24 Mini Cupcakes: Use mini cupcake pan and reduce the bake time to 10-12 minutes.
