Description

Citrus seasoned dressing and sauce. A smooth blend of tangy, salty and sweet, Ponzu Lime is soy sauce seasoned with the crisp citrus flavor of lime and a hint of sweetness. Delicious as a dipping sauce for sushi, sashimi, shabu-shabu, shrimp, crab cakes, tofu and gyoza. Mix 1/4 cup Ponzu Lime and 2 tsp vegetable oil for a light, refreshing salad dressing. Drizzle over grilled or broiled chicken, seafood, meats and steamed fish. Sprinkle over sauteed vegetables. Use to season pasta salads, soups, sauces and even salsas.
