Bake for 5-6 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (1100 watt): 1. Place fish sticks on microwavable plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). 2. Cook for 50-60 seconds, microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Product will be hot after cooking.
