    Enriched, Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, and Folic Acid), Sugar (Molasses), Leavening (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Canola Oil, Salt, Buttermilk Powder, Citric Acid, Natural Vanilla Flavor (Dextrose, Corn Starch, Water, Glycerine).

  • Mixing Instructions: (Yields five 5 inches pancakes), 1 cup pancake mix, 1/2 cup water, 1 egg. In a small bowl, blend buttermilk pancake mix, water and egg with a wire whisk until it is free of lumps. Let batter sit for 3 minutes. Lightly grease a saute pan or griddle with non-stick spray oil. Heat the pan or griddle until 375 degrees F and spoon out 1/4 cup batter per pancake. Cook the pancakes until a few bubbles pop, about 3 minutes. Flip the pancakes over and cook for another minute or two. Serve immediately transfer to an oven-proof dish and place in a warm oven until the entire batch is ready to be served.
