Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensil, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions (from frozen): For food safety: cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F before eating. Do not prepare in toaster oven or conventional oven. Since microwave ovens vary, cooking time and temperature may require adjustment. Do not reuse tray. Microwave Oven - 100 watts. 1. Remove bowl from carton and egg roll from sleeve. 2. Peel back one corner of entree film to vent. 3. Wrap egg roll loosely in a paper towel, fold both ends, and place next to entree in microwave. 4. Cook on high for 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. 5. Carefully remove items from the microwave. Let egg roll stand 1 minute. 6. Pull back film on entree, stir, re-cover. 7. Continue cooking only the entree on high for an additional 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, or until cooked. 8. Remove from microwave. Pull back film, stir entree, let stand 1-2 minutes.
