Place patties on the grill and close the lid. Grill for 12-14 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally. Skillet: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Place patties in the skillet. Cook for 16-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat oven to broil. Place patties on a broiler pan or foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray. Place pan on center oven rack. Broil for 11-13 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally.
