    Ingredients

    White Meat Chicken, Wheat Flour, Water, Bread Crumb (Wheat Flour, Natural Cane Sugar, Yeast, Sea Salt, Canola Oil). Contains 2% or Less of the Following: Salt, Rice Starch, Potato Starch, Natural Flavoring, Vinegar, Dehydrated Garlic, Sweet Dairy Whey, Paprika, Spice Extractives, Celery Seed, Wheat Gluten, Extractives of Paprika, Dextrose and Spices.   • Product is already fully cooked. Do not overheat. Heat to 165°F internal temperature. Keep frozen.

    Conventional Oven: 12 - 14 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a flat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place chicken nuggets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Heat for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and turn product over. Heat for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.

    Air Fryer: 6 - 7 minutes. Set air fryer to 370°F. Place chicken nuggets in a single layer in the basket or on the tray. Heat for 4 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

    Microwave: 1.5 - 2.5 minutes. Place 5 chicken nuggets on a microwave safe dish. Do not cover. Heat on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and turn product over. Heat on high for an additional 30 seconds. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Caution: Product will be hot. Heating times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity.

    Keep frozen. Pull apart to open. Press back together to close. Once thawed, fresh for 5 days after opening.
