Contains: egg, milk, soy.- 1 Prep: Remove from carton. Puncture film. 2 Cook: Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 3 Stir: Peel back film and stir. Replace film. 4 Cook Again: Microwave on high for 1 minute or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy! Cook thoroughly. For quality and safety, always follow cooking instructions. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not cook in toaster oven. Instructions were developed using an 1100 watt oven. Ovens vary; Cooking times may need to be adjusted.
