Contains: wheat, soybean.- Yield 5-8 muffins depending on size. 1 pkg. Jiffy chocolate muffin mix; 1 egg; 1/4 cup milk. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups. Blend ingredients. Batter will be thin and will pour easily (for extra moist muffins use 2 tbsp oil). Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 11-13 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
