Ingredients
Corn Starch, Sugar, Dextrose, Modified Tapioca Starch, Fumaric Acid, Contains Less than 2% of Salt, Hydrogenated Oil Blend (Soybean, Palm, and/or Cottonseed Oil), Natural Flavor, Yellow 5, Yellow 6, BHA (Preservative).- Pudding Directions: 3/4 cup sugar. 3 egg yolks, beaten. 3 cups water, divided. Stir pudding mix, sugar, 1/2 cup water and egg yolks in medium saucepan. Stir in remaining water. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Serve war or chilled. (pudding thickens as it cools). Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings. Refrigerate any leftovers. Classic Lemon Pudding Pie with Meringue: Prep: 25 min. 1 serves: 10. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare pudding as directed. Cool 5 min, stir. Pour into cooled baked 9-inch deep dish pie crust. Beat 3 egg whites in large bowl with mixer on high speed until foamy. Gradually beat in 1/3 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie, sealing meringue to edge of crust. Bake 15 to 20 min. Or until lightly browned. Cool completely. Refrigerate any leftovers. Microwave Directions: Mix pudding mix, 3/4 cup sugar, 3 beaten egg yolks and 1/2 cup water in large microwaveable bowl. Stir in additional 2-1/2 cups water. Microwave: On high 8 min. Or until mixture comes to boil, stirring every 2 min. Serve warm or chilled. (pudding thickens as it cools). Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate.
