Directions for Smoothies: (1) Combine contents of Jamba smoothie and one cup (8 oz.) of apple juice into your blender. (2) Blend on low setting or pulse for 20 seconds until cubes and juice are blended. (3) Blend on high setting for 60 seconds or until contents are smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 glasses and serve. (For thinner smoothies use 9 to 10 fl oz of apple juice.) Directions for Blend-A-Bowl: (1) Combine contents of Jamba smoothie and one cup (8 oz) of apple juice into your blender.
