Description
Upon first sip, it hits on the attack with white peach, pineapple and granny smith apple flavors. The beauty of this wine is that it can be enjoyed two different ways. It can be drank now, or it could be laid to rest in a cellar where it will continue to evolve in the bottle. In its youth, this Riesling is off-dry, though as it ages, it will lose some of the honey and beeswax flavors in favor of more rubbery and petrol notes.
