Dehydration Due to Fever and Heavy Sweating: 10-13 Years: Take up to 4 packets for up to 3 days or as directed by your doctor. 13+ Years: Take up to 7 packets per day for up to 3 days or as directed by your doctor. Dehydration Due to Vomiting and Diarrhea: Age: Less than 1 Year: 1-2 packets (take in first 6 hrs); 5 packets (max per day). 1-3 Years: 2-3 packets (take in first 6 hrs); 7 packets (max per day). 3-6 Years: 3-4 packets (take in first 6 hrs); 10 packets (max per day). 6-12 Years: 4-8 packets (take in 6 hrs); 13 packets (max per day). 12+ Years: 8-10 packets (take in first 6 hrs); 20 packets (max per day). Note: 1 packet prepares 7 oz (200 ml). Store in a cool, dry place below 86 degrees F.
