    Ingredients

    GELATIN.
  • Key Lime Pie Prep Time: 30 Minutes 1 REFRIGERATED PIE CRUST 1 envelope (1/4 oz) HILL COUNTRY FARE UNFLAVORED GELATIN 1 can (14 oz) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK 3/4 cup FRESH LIME or KEY LIME JUICE 1 container (8 oz) frozen WHIPPED TOPPING (regular, low calorie and fat free), thawed 1. Bake Pie crust in a deep-dish pie dish or pan per directions on the package and cool. 2. Sprinkle gelatin into bowl. Add 1/2 cup boiling water to the gelatin. Whisk until gelatin is completely dissolved. 3. Add the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice to gelatin mixture, stir and chill mixture for 30 minutes. 4. Pour filling into the cooled pie crust and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. 5. Before serving, top with whipped topping. Makes: 8 servings.
