Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill split chicken leg quarters about 4 inches above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook for 5 - 10 minutes per side (depending on size). Flip as needed to avoid flare-ups. Remove chicken from grill when thermometer reads 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh. Other option: Bake in 375°F oven.
