  • Pumpkin Pie

    1 15 oz 9-inch defrosted pie crust
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 can solid pack pumpkin
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp ground cloves
    1 can (12 fl oz) evaporated milk

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare pie crust according to package directions. Mix filling ingredients in order of listing and pour into crust. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for an additional 40 - 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool and serve.
