    Ingredients

    CHICKEN LEG QUARTERS, TEXAS STYLE BBQ SEASONING (SALT, SPICES, GRANULATED GARLIC, MALTODEXTRIN, DEXTROSE, YEAST EXTRACT, PAPRIKA, CITRIC ACID, TOCOPHEROLS, SOYBEAN OIL, OLEORESIN PAPRIKA).

  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill chicken about 4 inches above medium heat (375°F) for 5 - 10 minutes per side, depending on size. Flip chicken as needed to avoid flare-ups. Remove when thermometer reads 165°F -170°F in the thickest part of the thigh.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a foil-lined pan. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until a meat thermometer in the thickest part of thigh reads 165°F - 170°F.
