Ingredients

Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook. Apply safe handling instructions. Contains: WHEAT- Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with the lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Cook on medium heat (375°F is ideal) for 30 - 45 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 160°F. Flip beef halfway through cooking time. Slice beef thinly across the grain to serve.
Stir Fry Method: Cut meat across the grain into ½ inch slices. Heat wok or large heavy skillet over High heat 3 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon oil to wok/skillet and tip pan to coat. Cook 1 pound at a time to prevent crowding. Stir fry 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until 160°F.
