Ingredients
Maltodextrin (From Corn), Salt, Monosodium Glutamate, Onion (Dried), Garlic (Dried), Parsley (Dried), Carrageenan, Spice and Calcium Stearate. Contains a Bioengineered Food Ingredient.- Makes 2 cups (16 oz). Mix contents of packet with 16 oz (2 cups) sour cream. To thicken dip and enhance flavor, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Fajita Fiesta Layered Dip
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Chill Time: 1 hour
1 package (1 oz) ranch dip mix
2 cups sour cream (regular or fat-free)
1 can (15.5 oz) refried beans
1 package (12 oz) fully cooked beef or chicken, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
Combine ranch dip mix and sour cream in a bowl and stir well. Set aside. Spread refried beans on the bottom of a glass pie pan. Top the bean layer with fajita meat and tomatoes. Spread 1 cup of prepared ranch dip over tomatoes and top with green onions. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour. Makes 12 servings.
