About 1 cup water + 1/3 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk = approx. 1 cup non-fat milk. 3-3/4 cups water + 1-1/3 cup Non-Fat Dry Milk = approx. 1 quart non-fat milk. 7-1/2 cups water + 2-2/3 cups Non-Fat Dry Milk = approx. 2 quarts non-fat milk. Note: Due to settling, the number of quarts made by following the cup measuring directions may be less than the number declared on the label. Refrigerate after opening. Store in a cool dry place.
