DO NOT EAT RAW DOUGH. KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. Contains: WHEAT- Mixing Instructions Number of Tortillas Tortilla Mix Warm Water 12 2 Cups ½ Cup 24 4 Cups 1 Cup 36 6 Cups 1 ½ Cups 1. Measure warm water into Bowl. Add Hill Country Fare Flour Tortilla Mix. Mix together with fork until dough forms a ball. If dough is dry add 1 teaspoon of water. 2. Knead dough for 5 – 6 minutes, if dough is sticky add a little more tortilla mix. Place kneaded dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap or lightly damp cloth to prevent drying of dough. Let dough stand for 20 minutes. 3. Shape dough into 1 – 1 ½ inch balls. Place back into covered bowl to prevent drying. 4. Preheat ungreased griddle or "comal" until very hot (450°F). 5. Roll out each dough ball to form a circle (approximately 6 inches in diameter). 6. Cook 30 – 35 seconds on each side. Turn over again and cook 15 – 20 more seconds. Stack cooked tortillas together. Cover to keep warm
