  • Keep frozen. Bake before serving. For One-Crust Pie: (For Pumpkin, Pecan, or Custard Pies) 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove crust from freezer. Pour filling into crust. 3. Bake on cookie sheet on center oven rack for 40-60 minutes, or until filling is done. for Two-Crust Pie: (For Fresh, Frozen, or Canned Fruit Pies) 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove crusts from freezer. Fill bottom crust with fruit mixture and loosen edge of crust from pan. 3. Invert the second crust with foil liner and place over filled crust and then remove liner. Thaw upper crust 15 minutes until flat. 4. Tuck edge of top crust under edge of bottom crust. Crimp to seal edges well. 6. Bake on cookie sheet near center of oven for 35-45 minutes or until filling is done and crust is golden brown. Tip: You can cover crust with foil in the first 20 minutes of baking to prevent crust from burning. For Empty Crust (For Cream, Meringue, or Any Soft Top Pie): 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove crust from freezer and allow to thaw 10-15 minutes. 3. Prick bottom and sides of crust thoroughly with fork. 4. Bake on cookie sheet on center oven rack for 10-16 minutes, or until crust is golden brown (If crust puffs during baking, re-prick and continue baking).
