Keep Refrigerated. Safe handling instructions required.- Heat 1/2'' oil in a heavy skillet on medium heat for 10-15 minutes until 360 degrees F. Season with seasoned salt and pepper. Turn meat in flour to coat & fry for 10-12 minutes, partially covered. Avoid crowding. Remove the cover, and cook for 10-12 minutes more until golden. Remove and drain on a rack.
