Keep refrigerated. Ready to cook.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill chicken leg quarters about 4 inches above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook in closed grill for 60 – 75 minutes. Flip chicken after 20 minutes or as needed to avoid flare-ups. Remove when internal temperature of chicken leg quarter reaches 165°F in the thickest part of the thigh. Other Options: Bake in 375°F oven.
