Keep Refrigerated.- Heat charcoal for 40 minutes or gas grill for 10 mins with lid closed. Grill 4" above Medium-Low heat (325 degrees F surface temp is ideal). Cook in a closed grill for 20-35 minutes. Turn occasionally. Remove when 165-170 degrees F internal temp. Baste with sauce in the last 10 minutes if desired. OPTIONS: Bake in 375 degree F oven or Fry.
