    Safe Handling: Raw flours are not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating to prevent illness from bacteria that may be present. Do not eat or play with raw dough or other foods made with raw flours. Wash hands, utensils and surfaces after handling. Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Gluten-Free Pancakes

    Cook Time: 5 Minutes / Prep Time: 10 Minutes

    1/2 cup coconut flour
    1/4 cup oat flour
    1/4 tsp Kosher salt
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp baking powder
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 1/2 cup whole milk

    Place a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. In a medium bowl, combine coconut flour, oat flour, kosher salt, sugar and baking powder. In a second medium bowl, whisk egg until frothy and then add vanilla and milk. Whisk to combine. Add egg mixture to bowl with dry ingredients and whisk until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix. Spray griddle or skillet with nonstick spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Carefully flip pancakes and cook for an additional 1 - 2 minutes. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings like syrup, butter, jam, whipped cream or fruit. Makes about 3 pancakes.
