Safe Handling: Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Do not microwave. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.- Stovetop: Spray a skillet with a light coating of oil and preheat pan to medium-low heat. Add frozen ground meat alternative to pan and break into smaller pieces with a spatula. Flip every 3 minutes and break up into smaller pieces. Repeat every 3 minutes until completely broken up and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached as measured with a food thermometer. Total cook time: Approximately 10 – 15 minutes.
Some pink color will remain. Color is not an accurate indicator of doneness. Do not microwave. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
