    Ingredients

    Water, Pea Protein, Sunflower Oil, Coconut Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Natural Flavors, Vegetable And Fruit Juice (For Color), Rice Bran Extract, Methylcellulose, Yeast Extract, Salt, Potassium Chloride, Cultured Dextrose, Onion Powder, Lactic Acid, Garlic Powder.

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Safe Handling: Keep frozen. Cook from frozen. Do not microwave. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
  • Stovetop: Spray a skillet with a light coating of oil and preheat pan to medium-low heat. Add frozen ground meat alternative to pan and break into smaller pieces with a spatula. Flip every 3 minutes and break up into smaller pieces. Repeat every 3 minutes until completely broken up and an internal temperature of 165°F is reached as measured with a food thermometer. Total cook time: Approximately 10 – 15 minutes.

    Some pink color will remain. Color is not an accurate indicator of doneness. Do not microwave. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
