Description
Classic intense Napa Cab Sauv richness on the nose, with a display of both fruit & earth. Flavor profile tends toward the earthy side with mid-level American oak (vanilla, baking spices, damp wood), along with leather, black pepper, & wet tobacco. Fruit component is definitely backstage but the main flavor I pick up is cranberry sauce, & secondly dark cherry. Medium acidity, medium tannin.
