Ingredients
Enriched White Rice (Rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Corn Starch, Salt, Sugar, Onion (Dried), Red Bell Peppers (Dried), Green Bell Peppers (Dried), Sea Salt (Potassium Magnesium Chloride, Salt), Garlic (Dried), Black Pepper, Chili Pepper, Cheddar Cheese (Dried) (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Coconut Oil, Citric Acid, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Soybean and/or Sunflower Oil), Maltodextrin, Oregano (Dried), Parsley (Dried), Monoglycerides, Yeast Extract, Buttermilk, Nonfat Milk (Dried), Natural Flavor, Annatto Extract Color, Blue Cheese (Dried) (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Butter (Cream, Salt), Milk Protein Concentrate, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent), Sodium Phosphate.- For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. If Using Beef: You Will Need If Using Beef: 1 lb lean ground beef; 2-1/4 cups hot water; 1 cup milk. (1) Brown: Brown beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat to 6 to 7 minutes, breaking up and stirring; drain. Return cooked beef to skillet. (2) Stir: Stir in hot water, milk, Sauce Mix and Rice. Heat to boiling. (3) Simmer: Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Remove from heat. Refrigerate leftovers. If Using Chicken: You Will Need If Using Chicken: 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut in 1/2 inch cubes; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 2-1/4 cups hot water; 1 cup milk. (1) Cook: Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, cook 6 to 7 minutes, stirring often. Drain if necessary; return cooked meat to skillet. Add your own twist! Stir in 1 cup diced red and green bell peppers before simmering. Serve in Old El Paso Soft Tortilla Bowls. Top with sour cream and chopped avocado. Try with chicken instead of ground beef. Refrigerate leftovers.
