Contains wheat, soy; may contain egg and milk ingredients.- You Will Need: 1 lb lean ground beef. 2-1/3 cups hot water. 1-1/3 cups milk. 1. Brown ground beef in 10- or 12-inch skillet; drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta. Heat to boiling stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude: Because liquids may evaporate faster, increase water amount and cook times if needed. Microwave: 1. Crumble ground beef into 3-quart microwavable casserole dish. Microwave uncovered on High 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up beef after 3 minutes, until brown; drain. 2. Stir in sauce mix, 2-1/2 cups hot water, 1-1/2 cups milk and uncooked pasta. 3. Microwave uncovered on High 14 to 21 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes, until pasta is tender (sauce will thicken).
