Wild caught off the Florida Gulf Coast and sustainably sourced, Key West Pink shrimp from H-E-B is shell-on and raw. Offering about 16 - 25 shrimp per pound, they're extra jumbo-sized and mildly sweet. And unlike other types that turn pink after cooking, Key West Pinks start out pinkish and then turn opaque.
