Snow crab
Allergens and safety warnings
Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
Add 1" of water to large pot and bring to a rapid boil over High heat. Place crab on steamer rack over water and cover tightly. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees F. Do not overcook as crab is pre-cooked. Serve with melted butter. Additional Options: Break in Half and Saute in shell or grill wrapped in foil.
