  • Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Season Dover sole fillet as desired. Bake skin side down in upper 1/3 of oven for 20 minutes per inch of thickness until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Ensure fillet reaches 150°F internal temperature. Also great for grilling.
