Salmon.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Refrigerated.- Oven: Heat oven to 450°F. Season fillet as desired. Bake skin side down in upper third of oven for 11 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Ensure fillet reaches 150°F internal temperature. Other Options: Grill or pan sear.
