  • HOT & CHEESY JALAPENO DIP Prep Time: 10 min Cook Time: 20 min Serves: 15 INGREDIENTS • 1 cup H-E-B® Whip Salad Dressing • 1 cup Sour Cream • 1 cup Pickled Jalapeno Peppers, drained & roughly chopped • 1/4 cup Pickled Jalapeno Pepper Brine, reserved from bottle • 1 Tbsp Green Onion, green tops only, thinly sliced • 1 Tsp Onion Powder • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder • 1 Tsp Salt • 8 Oz Cream Cheese • 2 1/2 cups Mexican Style Shredded Cheese INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish, set aside until ready for use. 2. In a large bowl add salad dressing, sour cream, onion and garlic powders, salt, jalapenos and reserved pepper brine. Whisk well until combined. 3. Add in softened cream cheese, green onions, and two cups of shredded cheese and mix until no lumps of cream cheese remain. Pour into baking dish and top with remaining shredded cheese. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until edges are bubbling and top is slightly browned. 5. Serve with crackers, or tortilla chips.
