  • Vegetable Lo Mein Stir Fry:

    Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Once hot, add 1 Tbsp neutral cooking oil and the vegetable blend. Stir frequently to prevent burning of the vegetables and sauté for about 8 – 10 minutes, or until desired cook and char are achieved. Turn heat down to low and add the sauce and noodles. Using a spatula, gently shake the noodle to help separate. Stir to coat the vegetables and noodles evenly in the sauce. Remove skillet from heat and let rest for 1 – 3 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
