    Warning: To prevent illness, the FDA recommends this product be cooked before consumption.
  • Oven-Roasted Peanuts: Place raw peanuts one layer deep on a baking sheet. Roast at 350°F for 15 – 20 minutes.

    Boiled Peanuts: Wash 1 lb of peanuts and place them in a large pot with 1/4 cup salt and enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, place lid on the pot and lower heat to a simmer. Cook for 3 hours, adding more water if necessary. Taste peanuts and add salt to taste. (For quicker cooking, soak peanuts in water overnight).
