Bursting with sweetness, this honeydew is locally grown in Texas. Light green on the inside, this melon has a honey-like taste. To tell if a honeydew is ripe, gently press on the creamy-yellow rind — it should be firm yet yielding slightly to the pressure. You’ll also notice a light floral fragrance.
