Whether you're grilling juicy steaks or smoking a tasty brisket, simply tear the back bottom flap, puncture the bag and light the bottom flap area. Allergens and safety warnings
For your Safety: Keep away from children and pets. Only use lighter fluid designated for barbecue use to light briquets. Never add lighter fluid to an existing fire. Place grill away from flammable items. Discard briquets or ashes only when cooled completely. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warning: Carbon monoxide hazard. Burning charcoal inside can kill you. It gives off carbon monoxide, which has no odor. Never burn charcoal inside homes, vehicles or tents.- 1. Do Not Open Bag: Lay bag in grill this side up. Tear back bottom flap, and puncture bag. Open all grill vents, and leave grill uncovered.
2. Light Corners of Bag: Light bottom flap area and tape at top. Do not use lighter fluid, electric starter or chimney-style starter. Ignite bag with care. Leave grill uncovered while burning. Bag will burn away. Do not add another bag. Simply add regular charcoal briquets as needed.
3. Start Grilling: In approximately 10 minutes, or when briquets are predominately ashed over, spread briquets evenly. Use heat-safe tongs to spread briquets into a flat, single layer before grilling. Wait 5 minutes and begin cooking.
