Small, but HOT! Pequin is a classic tiny hot pepper for a homemade Texas salsa. Roast or dry these peppers when 1/2" to 1" long and varying in colors. Flavor is hot and citrusy. Can also be used for canning and spicy vinegars. Easy to grow and produces lots of peppers! Great for summertime growing.
