Description

Inspired by flavor trends from the West coast, this H-E-B Sushiya salmon poke bowl is a deliciously easy grab-and-go lunch or dinner option.

Poke (pronounced poh-kay) is a signature Hawaiian dish of marinated fish, vegetables and rice. This entrée stars hand-cut sashimi-grade Atlantic salmon, white sushi rice, diced avocado, shredded red cabbage, edamame, cubed mango and lettuce. For the finishing touch, it’s topped with thinly sliced green onion and a sprinkling of sesame seeds. Drizzle the included Original poke sauce all over and delight in the fantastically fresh flavors.
