    ENRICHED LONG GRAIN RICE (RICE, NIACIN, IRON [FERRIC ORTHOPHOSPHATE], THIAMINE [THIAMINE MONONITRATE], FOLIC ACID).

    Allergens and safety warnings

    Store in a cool, dry place. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or after cooking. Cook rice prior to consumption.
  • Stovetop: Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a medium saucepan.* Stir in 1 cup of rice and cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff lightly with a fork and serve.

    *Add 1 Tbsp margarine and 1 tsp salt per 1 cup uncooked rice, if desired.
