  • Oven Method: Pre-heat oven to 375°F. Remove ribs from packaging. Place a large sheet of heavy-duty foil in a large shallow baking pan. Place ribs in the center of the foil, meat side up; pour 1/3 cup water over ribs. Seal foil edges tightly leaving a 2-inch space between the top of ribs and foil. Heat for 20 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Let stand 2 minutes before serving For the grill method, place ribs on the grill over low to medium heat, out of direct contact from flame or heat source. Microwave: 1. Cut the slab into 2 equal portions. 2. Place ribs, meat side up in a single layer in a microwave-safe dish, and add 2 tbsp of water. 3. Cover dish with plastic wrap with one corner folded back. 4. Heat on High power for 4 minutes or until heated thoroughly. 5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. DO NOT OVERHEAT, THE PRODUCT IS ALREADY COOKED. Due to variations in equipment, heating time and/or temperature may require adjustments.
