  • Stovetop (recommended method):
    Thaw frozen vegetables for 20 minutes at room temperature or place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. Heat a heavy skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp oil and thawed vegetables. Stir-fry vegetables over high heat for 8 - 10 minutes until vegetables are caramelized to a golden-brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper or fajita seasoning.

    Grill:
    Thaw frozen vegetables for 20 minutes at room temperature. Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (400°F). Spray grill rack or tray with nonstick cooking spray. Place vegetables on the prepared grill rack or tray and cook over direct heat for 5 - 8 minutes or until they are caramelized to a golden-brown. Season to taste with salt and pepper or fajita seasoning.
