Ingredients
Lima Beans.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep frozen at 0°F or below. For safety and quality, cook vegetables to 165°F prior to consumption.- Stovetop:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil over high heat. Add frozen baby lima beans and return to a boil. Cook uncovered for 20 - 25 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Do not overcook.
Microwave:
To cook half package: Place frozen baby lima beans and 2 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH power for 7 - 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To cook the whole package, use 1/4 cup water and cook for 8 - 10 minutes. Microwaves may vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
