  • Roasted Potatoes

    1/2 lb - 2 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 package H-E-B Rosemary & Garlic Cooking Sauce

    In a bowl, mix potato wedges with vegetable oil. Stir well to coat. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and cook at 400°F for 35 minutes or until tender, flipping once during cooking. Remove potatoes from baking sheet. In a bowl, toss roasted potatoes with cooking sauce until well-coated and serve.
